ISLAMABAD — Blue World City Chairman Saad Nazir revealed an aggressive possession strategy during an exclusive management interview, announcing Legend Enclave relocation offer for Sports Valley members and confirming a May 20 deadline for development charge discounts. The management team, including Sarfraz Gondal, Hamza Amir, and Zaka Bajwa, outlined plans to accelerate delivery while expanding commercial offerings and cultural infrastructure.
Saad Nazir confirmed that actual development costs have risen to four to five lacs PKR per marla due to fuel price increases. Despite this pressure, the society maintains a three lakh rate and offers an additional twenty-five percent discount for members clearing dues by May 20. The deadline creates genuine financial incentive—members who act capture substantial savings while locking in rates protected from future inflation.

The headline announcement centers on Legends Enclave, a premium Sports Valley zone featuring brand ambassador Shoaib Akhtar. Members who received plot allocations far from the stadium can now apply for relocation to Legends Enclave, which sits closer to the Blue World Cricket Stadium and is “ready-to-develop.” The relocation addresses what management acknowledges as allocation challenges.
The initial proximity promises did not align with actual plot distributions. Management explicitly shifted focus to possession delivery. Members with cleared payments in distant sectors now transfer to premium developed blocks. Overseas clients with completed payments receive consideration for adjustment into premium developed areas, recognizing that international investors prioritize possession certainty.

New infrastructure accelerates the attraction. A Convenience Mall launches near the ABD 2 entrance. More significantly, Blue World City constructs Pakistan’s first custom-built tent pegging arena, directly addressing cultural heritage promotion. The society completed successful commercial conversions in Northern Avenue Commercial 6.
It is transforming residential areas into operational shops and commercial apartments, demonstrating the model’s viability. Nazir revealed potential collaboration with DHA to develop a block near the motorway, signaling expansion beyond current boundaries. He emphasized a broader vision of developer unity, referencing major players like Malik Riaz to construct the country cooperatively rather than competitively.

The management plans site visits across offices within seven to ten days to relaunch product offerings based on new land cuttings. Nazir concluded with a commitment to delivering what he termed Pakistan’s largest, developed, and legal project. That frames the Blue World City not as a real estate transaction but as a national infrastructure contribution.
The May 20 deadline stands firm. Members must decide quickly whether to avail Legend Enclave relocation offer, secure discount relief, or maintain current allocations. Management signals this window closes permanently after the deadline passes.
