Blue World City offers 5000 homes and developed land for 50000 apartments for the Government
Housing Scheme Blue World City Islamabad is one of the upcoming elite housing projects in Islamabad. It is set to become one of the most attractive real estate investment destinations due to its world class facilities. This project is a joint venture by Blue Group of Companies and Shah Jian Engineering Company. However, the owners of this project are partnering with Government’s Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme. The aim of such partnership is to provide low-cost housing to Pakistanis.
The Blue World City has announced to offer 5000 homes and developed land for 50000 apartments for the Government’s Housing Scheme. The CEO of Blue Group, Saad Nazir, made this announcement in a Corona Relief Fund Event. Moreover, the Blue Group has also donated two crores PKR to the Corona Relief fund by the Government.
As COVID 19 hit Pakistan badly, and it also had a negative impact on the economy. So, Prime Minister of Pakistan brought several incentives that protect the real estate sector of Pakistan. Real estate sector was the foremost priority for the government, as it provides more job opportunities. It also has a great contribution in the national economy. The Blue Group of Companies shared a similar vision about providing job opportunities to Pakistanis in the current pandemic situation.
Furthermore, both parties also share the vision of completely transforming the infrastructure of Pakistan. So, the main priority of both the housing projects is to fulfill the housing needs of Pakistani citizens. Both Blue World City and Naya Pakistan Housing schemes got a huge praise from real estate experts.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has the vision to provide almost five million houses with good facilities to middle and low-income households. Such a move would result in socio-economic uplift, which would also result in the revival of industrial growth. The revival of industrial growth would create more job opportunities for the people of Pakistan. Blue World City and Naya Pakistan Housing scheme are working to fulfil that vision.
